The Open Enrollment period for 2023 coverage is November 1, 2022 to December 15, 2022.

If you do not enroll in coverage during this time, you generally can’t buy health coverage for 2023 until the next Open Enrollment period for coverage the following year unless you have a qualifying event (Special Enrollment Period). However, if you are already enrolled into a Market Place plan you do not need to reapply unless notified otherwise. Although, It's important that you update your household income and household members, if there are changes, to make sure you get the correct tax credit during the 2023 plan year.

If you’re enrolled in a Grandfathered plan (Started before March 23, 2010) then you are able to continue your plan indefinitely
